Plug in America Ride and Drive at Go Green Environmental Fair

Metropolitan Energy Center (MEC) is excited to join the Go Green Environmental Fair this year! We’ll have a table at Plug In America’s ride-and-drive event, so be sure to stop by and say hello.
At the MEC table, you’ll find:
- 🍬 Candy and Hot Wheels for the kids (and kids at heart!)
- 🚙 Resources on clean transportation and sustainable energy
- 💬 A chance to connect with MEC staff and learn more about our work in the community
The ride and drive will give you a chance to drive a variety of electric vehicles, meet local EV owners, and get answers to your questions about EV charging, incentives, and costs.
The Go Green Environmental Fair is a free, family-friendly event that makes sustainability fun and approachable. You’ll discover:
- Exhibitors sharing tools and tips for sustainable living
- Educational and engaging activities for children
- Electronics recycling (laptops, desktops, and monitors; fees may apply)
Plus, all registered attendees and volunteers for the ride-and-drive will be entered into a drawing for VISA gift cards!
